professional skills; and much more! What You’ll Do The Compliance
Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the
Compliance & Privacy Officer. This position plays a critical role
in the Compliance & Ethics Program through tracking key compliance
activities, maintaining documentation, ensuring timely monitoring
of regulatory requirements, and supporting the workforce in meeting
compliance standards. Work Schedule Full-time (Monday–Friday) with
occasional weekend availability required for Corporate Compliance
training Compensation Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
Annually Responsibilities Compliance, Privacy & Ethics Program
Assist with the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
related to compliance, privacy, and risk management. Maintain
compliance-related databases, logs, and dashboards. Assists, as
appropriate, in the preparation for internal audits including the
risk assessments, regulatory surveys, and external reviews.
Contract & Vendor Compliance Assist in the administration of the
‘Contract Management' (intelligentcontract) system, including
version control, distribution, uploading, user management and
communication to workforce members. Verify contractor insurance
coverage and maintain records. Track execution and maintenance of
Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where required. Track and
monitor compliance with health requirements, including TB
clearance, vaccinations, and other occupational health screenings.
Policy & Procedure Assist in the administration of the ‘PolicyStat’
system, including version control, distribution, uploading, user
management and communication to workforce members. Assists with
drafting Compliance & Ethics Program related policies and
procedures under the direction of the Compliance Officer. Training
Assists with drafting Compliance & Ethics Program communications
and training materials under the direction of the Compliance
Officer. Assists with facilitating Compliance & Ethics Program
related training sessions. Assists with tracking completion of
Compliance & Ethics Program related training. Fingerprinting &
Hawaii Department of Health Requirements Assist with the process of
obtaining initial fingerprints for contractors and adult volunteers
as required by state regulations. Ensure timely processing,
documentation, and renewal of required annual and biennial
background checks for all staff, contractors, adult volunteers, and
other applicable workforce members. Licensure & Credentialing
Submit weekly new hire and routine monthly screenings of licenses,
certifications, and credentialing records for employees,
contractors, and vendors as required. Document results and escalate
findings to the Compliance & Privacy Officer. Sanction & Exclusion
Screening Submit weekly new hire and routine monthly screenings of
employees, contractors, vendors, and medical staff against OIG,
SAM, and state exclusion lists. Document results and escalate
findings to the Compliance & Privacy Officer. Education/Experience
Required Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management,
Information Technology, Accounting or related field; or equivalent
combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one (1) year
previous compliance, privacy or related experience and proficient
in Excel; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
P referred Experience with report writing within an Microsoft
applications, data analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
License/Certification Preferred Certified in Healthcare Compliance
(CHC) designation Physical Demands While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to
finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and taste
or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance
and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; push and pull. The employee
must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing their
