ManTech, a leader in providing innovative technologies and solutions for national security, is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager. This role involves overseeing the physical security operations and ensuring compliance with all federal security regulations. The successful candidate will spearhead our security protocols, manage security personnel, and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and respond to incidents. This position plays a crucial role in protecting our nation's security by maintaining strict control and oversight over sensitive information and areas. Develop and implement security policies and procedures in alignment with federal law Coordinate with national agencies to ensure compliance with security requirements Oversee and train security personnel and other staff Manage access to secure facilities, including conducting risk assessments Respond to security breaches and coordinate incident responses Monitor security systems and technologies to improve existing security strategies Expert knowledge of physical security systems Strong leadership and personnel management skills Ability to develop and train on security protocols Excellent communication and coordination skills Knowledge of federal security regulations and compliance requirements Skilled in crisis management and incident response Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification
