WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to
assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our
customers’ digital marketing efforts. Our customers typically do
not have full-time in-house marketing / digital transformation
expertise and at most understand SEO and PPC. Project work includes
website upgrades and optimization, SEO and PPC campaign assessment
and on-going management, CRM mapping, implementation and
maintenance, reputation management along with a host of other
engagements. The transformations we undertake are often closely
aligned with customer/account management, sales, and marketing
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the concepts
surrounding digital marketing and customer engagement and have a
strong understanding of the many aspects of marketing in general.
They will be push-oriented and consistently challenge clients with
new ways to increase leads, lower acquisition costs, improve web
position, enhance customer loyalty.
WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE :
Assist in the formulation of online sales and marketing
strategies to build a lasting digital connection with
Plan and monitor our clients’ ongoing presence and reputation on
Launch optimized on-line advertising through Google AdWords,
Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Be actively involved in SEO refinements (keyword, image
Coordinate the creation of online newsletters and promotional
Manage multi-channel Sales and CRM campaigns.
Manage customer segmentation dataset through ongoing analysis
and actionable insights.
Collaborate with our transformation project managers to design,
deliver, and promote improved user experiences (both internal and
Design and rollout product / service lifecycle processes with
Conduct market research and gather input / feedback from the end
consumer to feed into the product management lifecycle.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety
of tools and centralized business intelligence platforms.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email
campaigns and SEO/SEM
Good knowledge of web analytics tools
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Some experience in data analytics
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
