This person will work closely with the leader on all aspects of the business, jumping in where needed and assisting with communicating across the organization. This role will organize and align strategic priorities with members of the leadership team, manage internal and external communications and messages, and own or identify owners for special projects to ensure overall efficient operations. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting teams in Honolulu and across the United StatesServe as liaison between leadership, managers, and employees on a multitude of topicsManage the Rhythm of the BusinessDrive operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the leadership team and key stakeholdersOwn and manage company information, the cloud data platform, and BI/reportingTrack KPIs and generating insights across the businessPlan and direct daily administrative and operational work to manage the businessProvide strategic advice to leadership and the management team to improve the daily operations of the businessPartner with Finance, HR, IT, Contracts, Business Development, and customer-facing teams on a daily basisOversee and manage large, highly complex cross-functional projects and programsOur Ideal Candidates Are:

BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience5+ years working in a highly analytical, consulting, or managerial roleProven experience organizing, directing, or influencing multiple teams and departmentsPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field3+ years experience in technology or software industry10+ years working in a highly analytical, consulting, or managerial roleExperience with data analysis and budget management
