We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe.As a Joint Maritime Integrator, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and JPP expertise to work alongside thought leaders in joint integration in the maritime environment, focusing on science, analytics, and safety on projects with the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard. You'll facilitate pre-exercise coordination and integration of maritime planners and LNOs for better asset and capability integration throughout the JELC. You'll also improve maritime involvement using lessons learned and exercise reports, and share opportunities and challenges to enhance joint interoperability and readiness.You will coordinate with US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard on maritime requirements and operations to support training rotations. Collaborate with force management to identify and request maritime capabilities, facilitate interactions between simulation centers and maritime assets, and assist with resource integration for naval forces and littoral capabilities. You will also work on environmental planning and permitting in compliance with laws, ensuring maritime requirements are coordinated with relevant agencies.You served your country as an Officer or NCO-continue your mission with us. • 5+ years of experience as a field grade in joint operations
• 5+ years of experience in the maritime field
• Experience with operational planning in a joint interagency environment
• Ability to lead coordination efforts with department and mission partners
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of Level 4 qualified Professional Military EducationNice If You Have:
  • Experience in joint integration
  • Experience assessing environmental impact
  • Experience in the Indo-Pacific theater
  • Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and joint all-domain operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)Clearance:Applicants will undergo a security investigation; a Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate contributions, offer growth opportunities, and support your well-being.
