Job Description:
As a Benefits Representative, you will ensure our union members receive optimal benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through enrollment, answering questions, and assisting with benefits-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes.
  
• Explain benefits options and provide guidance for informed decision-making.
  
• Conduct benefits meetings for new members.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues promptly.
  
• Act as a liaison between members and our main office.
  
• Participate in open enrollment processes and communicate changes effectively.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Prior experience in benefits administration or related field is a plus.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of working independently.
  
• Team player with a customer-centric approach.
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in using Zoom and basic computer skills.
