Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for a Client Services Manager handle some of our biggest local accounts. Ideal candidates will have agency-side experience managing multiple clients for their traditional and digital marketing needs. This is a fulltime direct hire role; we are fully onsite in our beautiful Honolulu office (relocation is not available). This position is an integral part of our company, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that we deliver top-notch service that exceeds their expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in agency work and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Is your background a match? * 3 years of experience in a client services role within an agency setting (required) * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines * Prior F&B industry experience is a plus * Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends * Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * Proficient with Google Suite What will you be doing? * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide exceptional service * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients * Address client issues and concerns, resolving problems effectively to ensure client satisfaction * Develop comprehensive project plans to meet client goals * Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, communicating updates and changes to clients regularly * Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to keep them informed and engaged * Stay updated on industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients Interested in hearing more?
