Security Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This
role involves promoting our cutting-edge security products and
services to commercial clients, fostering strong relationships to
help organizations meet their security and operational goals.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and
discovery, leveraging your deep understanding of potential client
needs and security market dynamics. Develop and maintain
relationships with new and existing clients by offering solutions
that align with their specific security needs and conducting
regular follow-up meetings. Prepare detailed proposals and
presentations that clearly outline the benefits and features of our
security systems. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor
activities to strategically position Johnson Controls in the
market. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while
ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. Collaborate
with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions
accurately address customer needs and that any technical issues are
resolved promptly. Provide regular feedback to the management team
on market trends, threats, opportunities, and the progress of
strategic initiatives within the territory. Proven ability to
negotiate and close deals effectively. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining
professional relationships. Technical proficiency with CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of commercial
security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm
systems. Ability to interpret and analyze sales performance
metrics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certification in Security System Sales preferred (e.g., Certified
Security Sales Specialist by SSSC).
