Job Description:
Position: Account Executive Location: Honolulu, HI Pay: $80,000
to $135,000/year Experience: 2 years of sales experience is
required. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday,
8am to 5pm Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an Account Executive to
join a growing team! Kahu Malama Nurses is part of Array

Description: Conduct a high volume of "selling" or persuading
activity aligned with your sales plan. Sell company services.
Conduct effective Discovery meetings that uncover pain points
aligned with services. Formally present/pitch/propose products and
services as solutions to established problems. Maintain accurate
data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database). Negotiate
contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value. Forecast
Closed Deals (Sales, Recruiting, etc.). Strategically allocate your
time on those activities that will best accomplish the goal.
Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services,
providing relevant and accurate information. Position Requirements:
Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an
organization. Ability to build relationships and accomplish many
detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is required. Ability to make
sound business decisions and think on their feet in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent follow-through skills and time management
5.Able to work independently and in a team environment. Possess
excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency.
