dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance our customer
interactions and satisfaction across all service touchpoints. This
role involves direct engagement with customers to resolve issues,
gather feedback, and ensure a seamless rental experience, aligning
with our commitment to innovation and supreme service standards.
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including
phone, email, and live chat Resolve issues with rental bookings,
pricing, and availability in a timely and accurate manner Collect
and analyze customer feedback to propose improvements in services
and rental processes Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
customer requirements are met efficiently Maintain a thorough
knowledge of all products, services, and promotional offerings
Facilitate the reservation and booking process, ensuring a smooth
customer experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software and database systems Ability to
handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts Analytical skills
to assess customer feedback and implement improvements Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Certification in Customer Service
Management (CSM) preferred
