friends.Provides technical expertise and knowledge transfer for the
effective administration, optimization and continued implementation
of the global Workday HCM system. Collaborates with internal HR,
Payroll, IT, Finance, business systems integration specialists,
external service providers, and security specialists. Executes the
Workday HCM Strategic Plan for the Workday Executive Sponsors
through the CPO and Change Advisory Board (CAB). Ensures the
integrity of system data, manages governance protocols surrounding
Workday in all locations, supports ongoing training and user
acceptance, assists with report/dashboard development, and oversees
the billing process for all Workday HCM-related
expenses.Qualifications:
- Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in HCM application
administration at the enterprise-level.
- Prior hands-on experience in leading, configuring and
troubleshooting at least 2 deployments in a multi-company
environment.
- Prior experience in Workday with HCM, Payroll, Recruiting,
Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance modules, including
integrations, strongly preferred.
- Remote work may be considered, but must support Hawaii Time
Zone hours.Compensation and Benefits:$120,000-$135,000, with
potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's
